Screw-Feed Dovetail Micro Stage
A print-in-place linear micro-positioning stage, 94 x 34 x 23 mm, with a 34 mm travel dovetail carriage driven by a standard M3 x 60 screw running in a captured M3 nut — turn the screw with a hex key and the carriage creeps along the rail. The carriage top carries four M3 heat-set boss bores (4.0 mm) on a 20 mm square for bolting on a camera, sensor, laser module or probe, and the base has four M3 clearance holes at the corners to bolt the stage to a bench or plate. Prints as one piece with no supports; 0.6 mm horizontal and 0.4 mm vertical clearance on the dovetail.
