Frequently asked questions
Quick answers to the things people ask us most. Don't see your question? Contact us and we'll add it.
- What file formats do you accept?
- STL and OBJ files. For multi-color OBJ prints, include the matching .mtl file (and any referenced texture images: .png, .jpg, .bmp, .tga) in the same upload.
- How big can my upload be?
- Up to 200 MB per file. If your file is bigger than that, decimate the mesh in your modeling tool first or get in touch and we can work something out.
- Can you do multi-color prints?
- Yes. We support multi-color in two ways. Upload an OBJ with a .mtl file to color separate parts of the mesh.
- Do I need to design my own model?
- No. If you can describe what you want, our AI designer will draft a printable model for you, iterate with you until it's right, and hand it off to the same print and ship flow. Each AI message costs a small number of credits.
- How is pricing calculated?
- Filament grams used times the price per gram of the spool you chose, plus print time at our hourly machine rate. No setup fees, no minimums. Supports add roughly 40% if you opt into them.
- How long does an order take?
- Standard turnaround is a few business days from payment to ship. Large, slow, or multi-part orders can take longer. If we hit a problem we'll email you before re-running the print.
- How do you ship?
- USPS within the United States. Shipping is calculated live at checkout based on the print's weight and your destination ZIP. We don't mark shipping up.
- Do you ship internationally?
- Not currently. We ship within the US only.
- How do I pay?
- Stripe-hosted checkout. We accept all major cards. Your card details never touch our servers.
- What if my print arrives damaged or wrong?
- Email us within 14 days. If we made a mistake or the part was damaged in transit we'll reprint or refund. If a print fails during production it's on us — we'll reprint at no extra cost.
