Terms of use
The short version: we'll print things for you and hand you files, but we're not certifying them. Every design on this site — ours, yours, or generated by our AI — is supplied as-is, and you're responsible for checking it before you rely on it.

What this covers
By using cheap3dprinting.com you agree to these terms. They cover the site, the gallery, the AI designer, the models and files you obtain from us, and the prints we make for you. If you don't agree with them, don't use the site.
Models are supplied as-is, with no warranty
Many of the models in our gallery are generated by an AI pipeline and are not printed, fitted, or load-tested before they're published. Uploaded designs come from other users and we don't inspect them.
- No warranty of fitnessWe don't promise that any model is correct, dimensionally accurate, printable on your machine, or fit for any particular purpose — including the purpose its own description suggests.
- No warranty of merchantabilityModels and files are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, to the fullest extent the law allows.
- Verify before you rely on itCheck dimensions, tolerances, threads, and clearances yourself — in your slicer and on your machine — and edit or re-model the part as needed. Descriptions and names are guidance, not a specification.
- FDM realitiesPrinted parts are anisotropic, shrink, warp, creep under sustained load, and weaken with heat, UV, and moisture. Material datasheets describe the material, not your print.
- No certified materialsNothing we print is food-grade-certified, medical-grade, flame-retardant-rated, or electrically insulating to any standard.
Don't use our parts in safety-critical applications
Do not use any model, file, or print from this site in an application where its failure could injure someone or damage property, unless you have had it independently engineered, reviewed, and tested for that application and you accept that risk yourself. That explicitly includes:
- VehiclesBrakes, steering, suspension, wheels, restraints, or anything that moves on a road or trail.
- Anything holding or lifting a loadHooks, mounts, straps, brackets, anchors, rigging, or climbing and fall-protection gear.
- Mains electricity and gasEnclosures, glands, mounts, or anything near live conductors, gas lines, or heating appliances.
- BatteriesCradles, spacers, and enclosures for lithium packs or cells — a failed containment is a fire, not a loose part.
- Pressure and plumbingAnything in a pressurised system, potable-water line, or drain that could flood or scald.
- Medical, body, and child-safety useSplints, supports, protective equipment, child restraints, toys for children under 3, or anything that touches broken skin.
- Fire, marine, and life safetyAlarms, extinguisher mounts, escape hardware, flotation, or buoyancy.
Models in those areas may carry a caution note on their gallery card. The note is a prompt to think, not a certification of anything.
The licence you get on a file
- Personal useFiles you download from the gallery are licensed to you for personal, non-commercial use: print them, modify them, print them for your own projects.
- No redistribution or resaleDon't resell the files, re-list them on another model site, or bundle them into a product you sell. Selling a print you made from a file is not permitted either.
- CreditFiles we generate ourselves were designed in-house; no third-party licence attaches to them.
- Your risk on third-party likenessesWe don't warrant that any model is free of third-party design, trademark, or patent rights, and we don't indemnify you against a claim from someone who owns them. Some gallery models are intended as replacement parts for commercial products — that's your call to make, not ours.
- Downloads are finalCredits spent on a download aren't refundable, but re-downloading a file you've already bought is always free.
What you put on the site
You keep ownership of the designs and files you upload. You give us permission to store them, print them, and hand them back to you, plus permission to feature a design in the gallery if you publish it. You confirm you have the right to upload what you upload, and that it doesn't infringe anyone's rights or break the law. We can remove any upload or gallery entry at any time, including on a rights-holder's request.
Where our responsibility ends
To the fullest extent the law allows, cheap3dprinting.com isn't liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data, or opportunity, arising out of your use of the site, any model or file, or any print — including personal injury or property damage caused by a part we didn't design, print, or install for you. Where liability can't be excluded, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us for the item in question, or $50, whichever is greater. Nothing here limits rights you have under law that can't be waived.
Rights-holders and takedowns
If you own a right in something on this site, email us with the link and a description of your right and we'll review it and remove the material where that's the right call. If you think we've used your work without credit, tell us and we'll fix it or pull it.
Updates to these terms
We may change these terms as the service evolves. When we do, we'll update the date at the top of this page. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the updated terms. Where the law gives you a mandatory cancellation right, these terms don't take it away.
