NEMA 17 Slew Ring Output Hub
A print-in-place rotary output stage for a NEMA 17 stepper joint: a Ø52 mm race bolts to the 31 mm square M3 faceplate pattern and sits over the 22 mm pilot boss, while a captured rotor clamps to the 5 mm shaft (Ø5.3 bore, M3 grub screw in a radial heat-set insert) and carries the arm on four M3 heat-set bosses in a 16 mm square. The printed race takes the radial and moment load that would otherwise destroy the motor's own bearings; total height 25.5 mm, two pieces, no assembly.
