HC-SR04 Ultrasonic Bumper Mount
A front bumper bezel for the HC-SR04 ultrasonic sensor: the two 16 mm transducer cans press into 16.2 mm bores on 26 mm centres with 8 mm of engagement, so the board is held by the cans alone and no PCB hole pattern is needed (clone boards vary). Side shrouds protect the PCB and header, the 52.4 x 38 mm foot has two M3 clearance holes on 40 mm centres for a chassis deck plus two M5 clearance holes on 12 mm centres for 2020 T-nuts, and a rear arch takes a zip tie for cable strain relief. Overall 52.4 x 38 x 29 mm.
