5 mm Shaft Slip Clutch Torque Limiter
A print-in-place slip clutch that mounts on any 5 mm motor shaft (NEMA 17, 37 mm gearmotor, RS-550 pinion shaft) and lets the output ring break away at a set torque instead of stripping a gearbox or stalling a drive. 46 mm OD x 30 mm tall: an inner hub with a 5.3 mm slip-fit bore and an M3 heat-set insert for the grub screw, three flexible fingers snapping into six detent scallops, and a 38 mm output bolt circle with four M3 clearance holes for a pulley, arm or wheel.
