Print-In-Place Geneva Indexer
A working 4-station Geneva mechanism that prints as one piece and turns straight off the plate: every 360° of the hand crank advances the 64 mm slotted wheel exactly 90° and then locks it. Base is 102 x 69 x 4 mm with 40 mm centre distance, a 6 mm drive pin, 0.4–0.5 mm running clearances and three M3 clearance ears (3.4 mm) for bolting it to a bench plate, chassis or demo board; overall height 21 mm to the crank knob.
