Raised Garden Bed Corner Post
A corner post for timber raised beds: two perpendicular 39.0 mm channels swallow the ends of any 2x lumber (2x4, 2x6, 2x8 — all 1.5 in / 38.1 mm thick) with 28 mm of engagement, and the open 39 mm centre shaft takes a 2x2 stake driven into the ground to anchor the corner. Five 4.5 mm holes take #8 / M4 screws — one through the outer and one through the inner wall of each channel so the boards are pinned both ways, plus one into the stake. 75 x 75 x 60 mm, constant cross-section so it prints flat with no supports; run it in PETG or ASA for UV life.
