Raspberry Pi 4 Stack Deck
A stackable 96 x 84 x 28 mm deck for Raspberry Pi 4B / 3B+ cluster builds: each board bolts to four 6 mm standoffs on the verified 58 x 49 mm pattern with 2.9 mm holes for M2.5 screws, and the 14 mm corner posts peg into the socket of the deck above for a 28 mm stack pitch (16 mm of free air over each board for a HAT or fan). Three large windows give vertical airflow, plus two 4 mm cable-tie slots and two M3 clearance holes so the bottom deck can be screwed to a wall or panel.
