Split Shower Arm Escutcheon Flange
An oversized 78 mm split escutcheon that clamps onto a 1/2 in NPS shower arm (21.3 mm OD) to hide the chipped drywall or tile hole left after an arm swap — the stock 50 mm flange never covers it, and you can't buy a split one without a whole arm kit. It prints as one piece: a 1.2 mm living-hinge ligament at the rim lets the two halves swing open around the arm in place, then one M3x20 screw through the 3.4 mm lug into the 2.6 mm self-tap pilot pulls the 21.8 mm bore tight. 78 mm dia x 16 mm tall, 2.6 mm brim, print in PETG.
