Universal Pool Skimmer Weir Door
Trim-to-fit replacement weir door for pool skimmers, 160 x 100 x 18 mm, with a 124 x 84 mm ribbed flapper panel. The hinge rail carries 6.6 mm pivot sockets bored 31 mm deep from each end plus saw-guide notches at 144 mm and 128 mm, so one part covers three pivot spacings; behind each socket a 3.4 mm bore takes an M4 stainless self-tapping screw if your skimmer has no pins and you need to make your own pivot studs. The bottom bulb is a 12.5 mm float channel with a 45 degree self-supporting roof that takes a friction-fit strip of pool-noodle foam so the door swings shut against backflow. Print in PETG or ASA with 4 walls.
