Print-In-Place Ratchet Line Tensioner
A two-piece print-in-place ratchet winch for tensioning guy lines, clotheslines, tarps and cargo cord up to 5 mm — the 34 mm drum spins on a captured 10 mm post and a curved flexure pawl locks a 12-tooth ratchet every 30° (about 9 mm of line per click), with a thumb tab to release. Base is 78 x 58 x 4 mm with two M4 clearance holes on 66 mm centres for wall, post or trailer mounting; overall 78 x 58 x 42 mm, prints flat with no supports.
