NEMA17 Rack-and-Pinion Parallel Gripper
A stepper-driven parallel gripper. One NEMA17 pinion drives two opposed racks, and the jaws slide on 8 mm rods with LM8UU bearings. It opens from 4 to 56 mm and mounts to 2020 extrusion.
NEMA17 Leadscrew Push-Pull Actuator
A compact linear actuator for props and animatronics. A NEMA17 turns a T8 leadscrew, and a carriage on twin 8 mm rods pushes and pulls through a clevis with about 120 mm of travel.
SG90 Animatronic Eye Mechanism
A two-servo animatronic eye rig. Two 30 mm eyeballs pan and tilt together on printed gimbal yokes, driven by a pan servo through a scotch yoke and a tilt servo through a slotted paddle.
SG90 Four-Axis Desktop Robot Arm
A 4-axis desktop robot arm that runs on four SG90 servos. It has a turning base, a shoulder carried on a 625 bearing, an elbow and a geared parallel gripper. There are eight printed parts.
NEMA17 Twin-Motor Strandbeest Walker
A four-legged Theo Jansen walker at 2x scale. Each side has its own NEMA17, so it steers like a tank. It uses M4 pivots and a numbered layer stack so the separately printed links line up.
SG90 18-DOF Hexapod Walker
A six-legged walker with 18 SG90 micro servos, fitted to one set of tolerances: chassis, deck, battery tray and a three-part leg that repeats six times.
