1/2 in PVC Burst Pipe Bolt-On Repair Clamp
This is one half of a bolt-together emergency repair clamp for split 1/2 in schedule 40 PVC (21.3 mm OD). Print two halves, wrap the leak in a 1.5 mm rubber strip (inner tube works), and close the 60 x 50 x 15 mm shells with four M5 bolts. The bolts pass through 5.5 mm holes and the nuts drop into 8.4 mm hex pockets. The 24.4 mm saddle sits 0.6 mm proud of the split face, which leaves a 1.2 mm squeeze gap so the bolts keep the gasket compressed until the proper fix.
