1/2 in PVC Row Cover Hoop Snap Clip
A 40 mm-long C-clip that snaps over 1/2 in Schedule 40 PVC hoops (21.3 mm OD) and holds frost cloth, insect netting or greenhouse film tight against the pipe. The 22 mm bore leaves room for the fabric, flared lips help it snap on, and a rear fin with a 6 mm eye takes twine or a sod staple to tie the cover down.
