5 mm Shaft Adjustable-Throw Crank Disc
A 70 mm crank disc for a 5 mm motor shaft such as a NEMA 17. An M3 heat-set insert (4.0 mm bore) takes a set screw that holds the 16 mm tall hub on the shaft. An M3 bolt slides in a 3.4 mm radial slot and locks against a captured M3 nut (5.7 mm channel), so the crank pin can be set at any throw from 14 to 31 mm. That gives a 28–62 mm stroke for pumps, shakers and kinetic linkages, and you don't have to reprint a new crank for each stroke length. Tick marks every 5 mm along the slot show the setting.
