8–25 mm Hole Transfer Punch Sleeve Set
A snap-apart set of six flanged centring sleeves for 8, 10, 12, 16, 20 and 25 mm drilled holes. Each sleeve has a true-centre 3.4 mm bore for a 3 mm pin, an M3 screw or a 3 mm drill bit. Drop one into a hole in the first part, clamp it to the mating part and punch or pilot-drill through it, and the hole lands exactly on centre. The shank is 6 mm long so it sits flush in stock 6 mm or thicker. The shanks are 0.15 mm under nominal for a slip fit, and the flange is 6 mm wider than the hole, so each sleeve is easy to identify.
