Ackermann Steering Knuckle Upright
A steered-wheel upright for rover and RC-scale robot chassis: a 34 mm tall post with a 5.3 mm kingpin bore (5 mm dowel or M5 bolt), a 20 mm deep 8.3 mm socket for an 8 mm stub axle locked by an M3 grub screw in a 4.0 mm heat-set boss, and an Ackermann tie-rod arm with a 3.4 mm M3 hole 32 mm from the kingpin, angled inboard. Overall 46 x 44 x 34 mm; mirror it in your slicer for the opposite side.
