Adjustable 1U Rack Mount Ear
A 1U rack ear that bolts non-rack gear — 24-port switches, mini-PCs, Lenovo Tiny, NVRs — into a 19" rack, 62 x 33 x 43.6 mm so it sits inside a single 1.75" U. The rack flange carries the standard EIA-310 hole pair 31.75 mm apart, slotted 14 mm sideways so one ear fits gear narrower than the rail opening, and the side leg has ten 4.5 mm M4 clearance holes on a 10 x 19.6 mm grid for the device's own case screws. Because every feature is mirrored about mid-height, the same print flips over to serve as the opposite-hand ear.
