AWG 10–20 Bare Wire Go/No-Go Slot Gauge
A 90 x 50 x 3 mm card with six funnel-mouth slots for checking stripped solid copper at AWG 10, 12, 14, 16, 18 and 20 (2.59 / 2.05 / 1.63 / 1.29 / 1.02 / 0.81 mm, from the ASTM B258 formula). The narrowest slot the bare conductor slides into is its gauge. Each slot has 1–6 index dimples (1 = AWG 10, 6 = AWG 20), and there's a 4.5 mm M4 / lanyard hole. Each slot is modelled 0.1 mm over the conductor size to make up for slots printing narrow. Check it against a known wire first.
