Bolt-Lock Steel T-Post Safety Cap
A tall safety cap for steel fence T-posts. Its 48 x 36 mm rectangular socket is 50 mm deep, and an M5 bolt in a captive-nut side boss clamps it to the post so wind and heat can't knock it loose. The socket is a generous envelope rather than a guessed post profile. Check that your post fits inside 48 x 36 mm, then tighten the bolt against the flange. The cap is 56 x 44 x 75 mm with a 45° pitched roof, so it prints open-end down with no supports. Print it in red for high visibility.
