Drafting Board T-Square Head For Flat Bar
A 150 x 36 x 12 mm T-square head that slides along the edge of a drawing board (12 mm or thicker). It turns a strip of 3 mm aluminium flat bar or hardboard 16–40 mm wide into a full drafting T-square. The blade butts against a raised fence moulded square to the edge face, then bolts down with M4 screws into two pairs of M4 heat-set inserts (5.5 mm bores). The A-frame tunnels underneath keep it light without needing supports, and there is a 6 mm hang hole at one end.
