ESD Strap Bench Ground Anchor
A bench anchor for an ESD wrist strap. You screw it to the bench with two #8 wood screws (4.5 mm clearance holes). A captive M4 hex-head bolt (7 mm hex pocket) points up as a ground stud for a ring terminal and a wing nut. The strap's coiled cord wraps around a flanged post 16 mm across and 39 mm tall, so it stops dragging across the boards you're handling. The whole part is 110 x 40 mm.
