Face-Frame Vanity Euro Hinge Riser Block
This block mounts behind a face-frame vanity stile. It gives a standard frameless Euro or soft-close hinge mounting plate a flat face that sits flush with the stile's inner edge, so you don't need a brand-specific face-frame adapter plate. The block is 70 x 26 x 34 mm. It fastens with two #8 wood screws through slotted 4.8 mm holes with 9 mm counterbores, which give ±3 mm of sideways adjustment. It fits stiles that overhang the cabinet side wall by at least 26 mm. The 13 mm solid zone on the mounting face takes the plate screws: drill 2.5 mm pilots where your plate sits.
