Kitchen Ticket Rail For 8 mm Rod
A 140 mm wall-mounted order-ticket rail, like the ones in restaurant kitchens. A loose 8 mm steel rod or dowel (cut to about 130 mm) sits in a sloped V-trough. Push a recipe card, shopping list or meal plan up through the 2 mm slot underneath and the rod rolls back down and pinches it. Pull the paper down to release it. It mounts with two #6/#8 screws through 4.5 mm holes, 100 mm apart.
