Medicine Cabinet Twin-624 Mirror Roller Shoe
This roller shoe replaces the cracked plastic wheels on older recessed medicine cabinets with sliding bypass mirror doors. Two 624 bearings (13 mm OD) turn on M4 bolt axles and stand about 2 mm below the 60 x 20 x 22 mm block, so it rolls on a flat sill or any track wider than 22 mm. A 7 mm channel takes 3–6 mm mirror glass, and two M3 screws in heat-set inserts clamp the glass in place.
