NEMA 17 Eccentric Backlash-Adjust Gear Plate
This 7 mm NEMA 17 motor plate holds a 608 output bearing in a print-in-place eccentric hub. The hub is offset 1.5 mm, so turning it moves the gear centre distance anywhere from 40.5 to 43.5 mm (42 mm nominal), which lets you take the backlash out of a printed spur-gear pair. Turn it with two 3 mm pin-spanner holes, then lock it with an M3 set screw driven into the rim; it also has a 31 mm bolt pattern, a 22 mm pilot bore and four M5 frame holes.
