Nest Box Egg Roll-Out Ramp And Catch Trough
This 120 mm wide ramp-and-trough lip screws to the board below a nest box floor gap with two #8 wood screws or M4 bolts (4.5 mm clearance holes). Eggs roll down a 12° ramp and a gentle 37° step into a covered trough 24 mm deep, so they don't crack. Print two units and butt their open ends together to get a 240 mm run with a closed wall at each end.
