Pi 5 Tall-Standoff Carrier With Zip-Tie Bridges
This open-air carrier holds a Raspberry Pi 5, which uses the same 58 x 49 mm M2.5 hole pattern as the Pi 4. The four standoffs are 18 mm tall, so the active cooler and any top HAT stay clear, and there is room underneath for airflow or a bottom add-on board. The 110 x 80 mm vented plate has 2.9 mm through-holes with 6.4 mm pockets underneath for an M2.5 nut or screw head, slotted #8 screw holes for mounting on a wall or bench, and three zip-tie bridges that keep the power and USB cables from pulling on the ports.
