Pinch-Bolt 1/2 in Wagon Axle Wheel Retaining Collar
A split collar that keeps a wheel on a 1/2 in (12.7 mm) Radio Flyer-style wagon or jogging-stroller axle after the original push-cap or snap clip is lost. It has a 13.0 mm bore and is clamped by one M4 x 16 socket-head bolt with a captive M4 nut, so it doesn't need an axle groove. The collar is 28 mm across and 12 mm tall, and its flat face sits against the wheel hub.
