Proportional Divider Slotted Arm
One 160 mm arm of a shop proportional divider. A 5.5 mm slot lets an M5 pivot bolt slide along it, and each tip takes a 3 mm steel rod pressed 15 mm deep as the point. Print two arms, bolt them together and set the pivot at the index notch for 1:1, 1.5, 2, 2.5, 3 or 4:1 to scale measurements when copying or enlarging a part.
