Raspberry Pi Pico Header Soldering Jig
A 66 x 34 x 11 mm soldering block for Raspberry Pi Pico, Pico W and Pico 2 boards. It holds two 20-pin 2.54 mm male headers in pockets 17.78 mm (0.7 in) apart, so the pins come out straight and parallel without melting a breadboard. The headers' plastic spacers sit snug in pockets 2.9 mm wide by 2.3 mm deep. Pins drop through open 2 mm channels, so standard and long stacking headers both fit. A centre trough and two end notches let you lever the soldered board out, and the block can then hold the finished Pico to protect its pins in storage.
