Squeeze-Fit Two-Hole Pipe Strap
This two-hole wall strap is sized to one exact pipe. The default is 3/4 in EMT (23.4 mm OD). You can change PIPE_OD to 17.9 for 1/2 in EMT, 21.3 for 1/2 in PVC, 26.7 for 3/4 in PVC or 33.4 for 1 in PVC, so the strap always matches the pipe even when the store doesn't stock that size. The flanges stand 1 mm off the wall, so two #8 wood screws in 4.5 mm holes draw the 3.5 mm arch down and clamp the pipe tight. The part is 16 mm wide and prints flat on its side, which keeps the clamping load in the layer plane.
