Tracked Robot Screw-Tension Idler Arm
A bell-crank idler arm for printed tank-track robots. It pivots on an 8 mm rod and holds an 8 mm axle 60 mm away for a 608-bearing idler wheel, with a 12 mm shoulder so only the inner race rubs. An M4 bolt runs through a captured-nut lug and sets the track tension without redesigning the chassis. The arm is 80 x 54 x 14 mm with 8.3 mm slip-fit bores.
