Zip-Tie Chainstay Chain-Slap Guard
A 120 mm long chain-slap guard for a bike's chainstay. It replaces the frame-specific rubber guard that often can't be bought any more. A 90° V-groove underneath self-centres on round or oval chainstays from about 14 to 24 mm across. Three recessed 5.5 mm channels hold up to 4.8 mm zip ties flush, so the chain strikes a 4 mm plastic face instead of the paint.
