Axial Lead Bending Pitch Jig
A 136 x 26 x 14 mm bench jig for forming the leads of axial through-hole parts (1/4 W resistors, diodes, small caps) to exact PCB hole pitch: lay the body across a rib, press both leads down the sides, and the lead centres land on the 2.54 mm grid. Six ribs give 5.08, 7.62, 10.16, 12.7, 15.24 and 20.32 mm (0.2–0.8 in) pitches — each rib is milled 0.6 mm under its pitch so the bent lead diameter makes up the difference — with 3 mm relief slots through the 4 mm base so long leads pass clear, and two M3 clearance holes 122 mm apart for bolting it to the bench.
