Pinch Weld Jack Pad Puck

A 74 mm dia x 36 mm tall jack saddle puck that protects a unibody car's pinch weld: a 7 mm wide, 9 mm deep slot with a 45 degree lead-in swallows the folded seam instead of crushing it, while a 45 degree self-centring cone socket underneath (58 mm at the mouth, 20 mm at the apex) seats on any round floor-jack saddle or square jack-stand top in that range. Three radial M4 clearance holes (4.5 mm) at 120 degrees take set screws or a bolt so the puck stays on the saddle when you roll the jack away.

Rotary Tool Bit And Wheel Rack

A 100 x 48 x 26 mm stepped bench rack that sorts a rotary-tool (Dremel-style) accessory pile: 22 upright bores at 3.4 mm hold 1/8 in (3.175 mm) shank burrs, brushes and mandrels across three tiers, a 40 x 8 x 16 mm slot stands a stack of 24 mm and 38 mm cut-off wheels on edge with a 14 mm pinch notch so you can pull one out, and a 40 x 12 x 7 mm tray keeps the collets, collet nut and wrench. Two M4 clearance holes (4.5 mm) screw it to a bench or drawer bottom; the underside is ribbed out to keep it light.

Cordless Drill Wall Holster

A screw-on wall holster that hangs a cordless drill or impact driver by its body shoulder: an 80 x 62 mm back plate with four M4 clearance holes (4.5 mm) carries a 60 mm deep shelf with a 46 mm wide throat for the grip, gusseted so the load runs in-plane instead of across layer lines. Two 10 mm front lips on the side rails stop the drill sliding out, and the whole thing prints flat on its back with no bridges or supports.
