Door Gap Resistance Band Anchor

A no-drill T-shaped anchor that goes through the hinge-side gap of a closed door. It lets you clip resistance bands or a carabiner to any door without screwing anything into the frame. The 2.4 mm thick, 40 mm tall tongue passes through the gap. A 40 x 10 mm stop bar bears on the far side of the door and jamb, and an 18 mm eye on your side takes the band. The tongue reach clears doors up to 48 mm thick, and the part prints upright so the pull runs along the layers instead of across them.
