Robot Vacuum Threshold Climb Ramp

A 110 x 65 x 14 mm wedge ramp that lets a robot vacuum climb a raised door threshold, tile transition or thick rug edge instead of bumping off it — 14 mm rise over a 65 mm run is an 11.3 degree approach with a 1 mm leading toe. Side faces carry a vertical dovetail tang and socket (0.4 mm clearance) so identical tiles slide together to span any doorway width, the underside is lightened with twelve 12 mm blind pockets, and two counterbored M4 clearance holes on the centreline let you screw it down with the heads sunk below the running surface.
