Window AC Sill Support Foot
A print-in-place telescoping support foot that stands on the outer window sill and carries the bottom rail of a window air conditioner so the unit stops sagging and tipping outward. The 26 mm post slides in a 27 mm sleeve bore and pins with one M5 bolt at 8 mm steps, giving a 98–130 mm support height on a 58 x 58 mm flange with four M4 screw holes; the 46 x 40 mm top pad has a 14 mm lip to keep the chassis from walking off.
