Captive Cone Tarp Clamp
A grommet-free tarp clamp that grips any tarp, canopy or greenhouse film anywhere along its edge: drape the fabric over the 19.4 mm funnel mouth and press the captive cone plug (Ø8 → Ø22.7 mm over 23 mm) down into it — the plug's steeper 16.7° taper wedges the fabric against the funnel's 11.3° wall, and because the crown is wider than the mouth the plug prints in place and can never be lost. The 68 x 32 x 23 mm body carries a 10.4 mm rope eye for paracord, bungee hooks or an S-hook, plus a 5.5 mm M5 clearance hole so it can bolt directly to a post or frame instead.
