A print-in-place GT2 belt tensioner that bolts to any frame face with two M5 screws and T-nuts (holes 64 mm apart, on the 2020 slot centreline) and gives 16 mm of idler travel from a single M3 x 20 screw that self-taps into the 7 mm end wall. The flanged 16 mm idler pulley (7 mm belt channel for 6 mm GT2) prints already captured on its own post, so there is no bearing, shoulder bolt or spring to source; overall 76 x 32 x 33.5 mm, three pieces, one print.
A 60 mm one-piece carabiner whose gate is a built-in flexing spring arm — press it inward to hook on, and a capture nose stops it opening under load. Prints flat with no supports, no assembly, and no metal spring; sized for keys, water bottles, and bag straps.
⚠ Flagged: lifting or tensioned load. Not for safety-critical use without independent engineering review.
