Shade Sail Corner Clamp Plate
A 120 x 66 x 8 mm corner plate for a 90° shade-sail corner, printed twice. Sandwich the torn corner between the two plates and bolt them together with five M5 x 25 bolts and nyloc nuts, which sit in 8 mm hex pockets. The ribbed faces grip the fabric across its whole width, and a 16 mm eye with an 8 mm wall takes the snap hook, shackle or turnbuckle. The pull runs flat along the print layers, so they are not pried apart, and the load is spread over the fabric instead of resting on one punched grommet.
