Robot Joint Harness Dress Clamp
A bolt-on cable dress clamp for the shoulder and elbow joints of printed robot arms, quadrupeds and hexapods: a 180 deg snap-in channel with a fixed 16 mm minimum bend radius parks a service loop so the harness flexes instead of kinking where it crosses the joint. The 9 mm wide channel (tapering to a 7.5 mm snap mouth) takes a typical 6-8 mm servo/encoder bundle, bridge caps capture it at both leg ends, and it mounts with four M3 screws on an 18 x 13 mm pattern. Overall 54.4 x 51.2 x 17 mm with a 20 mm core hole for a tie or driver access.
