1 in PVC Rocking Footrest End Stand
This is one end of an under-desk rocking footrest. Print two of them and join them with two lengths of 1 in schedule 40 PVC pipe (33.4 mm OD), which sit in 33.8 mm blind sockets 25 mm deep. You can fix each pipe with a #8 screw through the 4.5 mm cross holes or with PVC cement. The stand is 160 x 109 x 28 mm with an R260 rocker arc on the bottom and open windows to save plastic. It prints face-down, so foot load goes into the plate across the layers' strong direction instead of peeling them apart.
