1-3/8 in Top Rail Chain-Link Snap Tie
A tool-free, reusable tie that snaps over a standard 1-3/8 in (34.9 mm) chain-link top rail. It replaces the twisted wire ties that rust and work loose. The 35.4 mm C-ring wraps 240° around the rail, and a flexing 4 mm hook on the side snaps over one strand of 9–11 gauge mesh wire (3.0–3.8 mm) to hold the fabric tight against the rail. The clip is 14 mm tall and prints flat with no supports.
