1-5/8 in Strut Channel Crush-Rib End Cap
Press-fit end cap for 1-5/8 x 1-5/8 in strut channel (Unistrut P1000 style, 41.3 mm square, 12 ga wall, about 35.9 mm inside width) that covers the sharp burred end of a cut length so it stops catching shins and knuckles. A 44 x 44 x 3 mm flange hides the cut edge; the hollow 35.4 x 10 mm plug sits against the channel back, below the lips, and six vertical crush ribs bring it to 36.6 mm so it bites into the steel with no screws. A 5.5 mm M5 clearance hole in the flange centre takes a bolt, eye or cord.
