150 mm Balance Tray Platform
This is the moving Ø150 x 3 mm top tray for the 'SG90 3-DOF Ball-Balancing Platform' kit. Its smooth playing surface prints face-down on the bed. On the underside, six Ø9 mm bosses stand 6 mm proud at radius 43 and 67 mm on the 90°/210°/330° spokes. Each takes an M3 brass heat-set insert (4.0 mm bore, 5.5 mm deep, blind) so the three Tray Ball-Stud Knuckles can bolt on with M3x10 SHCS. Three 3 x 6 mm radial ribs, a Ø24 mm hub ring and a 2.4 mm outer ring stiffen the tray so the PID loop sees no flex.
