19 in Rack Rail Patch Cable Finger
This open-top cable finger bolts into one 1U space on any 19 in EIA-310 rack rail. It gives you a 59 x 22 mm cable bay, about 20 Cat6 patch leads, in place of a $15–30 commercial D-ring. The two mounting slots are 6.6 x 8.6 mm on 31.75 mm centres, so they take M6 cage-nut screws as well as 10-32 or 12-24 screws. A screwdriver port through the front lip reaches the upper screw. The part prints on its side, so the weight of the cables loads the layers along their length, not across them.
