2.54 mm Pin Header Snap-Off Jig
A 90 x 36 x 12 mm bench block for cleanly snapping 0.1 in (2.54 mm pitch) breakaway pin headers to length. It has a single-row lane (2.9 mm body channel over a 1.4 mm pin slot) and a dual-row lane (5.4 mm channel over a 3.9 mm pin slot). Tick grooves run every 2.54 mm back from a square break edge, with a long tick every fifth pin. Line the end of the strip up with tick n and you keep exactly n pins. Snap the rest over the edge and the plastic breaks on the right line, without the crushed pins you get from pliers.
